There will be 15 waves consisting of a bunch of assorted enemies. Every few or so waves, a mob carrying a bomb will appear - killing the mob, and picking up the bomb he drops, allows you to plant it on the tank. The tank can only be destroyed via this method a total of 4x bomb detonations are needed. Upon arriving at the large room, don't jump down the main fight area yet.

Stay up top and clear a few mobs for this wave. Look ahead and you'll see an "S" or "zigzag" structure in the middle of the room. We'll call this "The Pit". This is where you'll spend most of your time while fighting. There are two short stairways at the left and right, and two ammo crates on either side as well. You can open these from time to time to restock. From this point onwards, you'll see the same assortment of mobs from the previous rounds ie.

While in The Pit, shotgunners and assault types will rush at you from either of the two stairways, or shoot from the walkways above sometimes they can also jump down , prioritize them.

You'll have more Agents appear. Your turrets are more likely to get hacked this time around if you're using them. Once the bomb is planted, hide back down The Pit. After a few seconds of the artillery barrage, the APC explodes and all mobs despawn. You've finished Falcon Lost. Select a combination of skills among: Multiple Agents running Support Stations makes the fight a breeze. First Aid can also be a lifesaver in dire situations. Pulse being used by one or two agents, one after the other, makes short work of the mobs and also lets you know where they are at all of the time.

Flashbang is good for pesky mobs hiding behind cover in the distance. Low electronics players should still use at least one healing skill, plus a crowd control skill Flashbang, Seeker or Turret. Survivor Link is your best bet when using supers; however, also consider at least one teammate with Recovery Link for clutch revives when swarmed, or overheals when running but low on health.

Generally you'll want to have majority of the team with a decent marksman rifle to pick off distant adds; you'll want rifles with slightly higher ROF not bolt-action due to the short time frame you have to pop-out of The Pit, shoot mobs, hide before tank kills you. I typically run with a Vector not god-rolls, just very good, defensive ones for PVE ; and an M1A not god-rolls, just very good, defensive ones for PVE -- Toxic FTW. With mobs a bit thinned out, a player can rush out, "scare" the Bomber NPC from his hiding spot, and have it run away in a panic to a more favorable spot.

A minor bug occurs when you throw out a turret near the APC, the vehicle will only target that, allowing your team to rush out with less risk. When do they respawn? Leaving at least two enemies alive per wave will prevent the next wave from spawning. This allows you to prepare for each wave make sure everyone has supers, ammo, full health, etc. If you played Destiny, then it isn't so much of an issue of micromanagement and multiple callouts - just proper awareness.

Naturally, you want people to call out if they spot a rusher, or to make decisions on the fly ie.

The strat works pretty well without hassle, all it takes is for people to calm down and communicate. Cleared 4x on Challenge Mode before weekly rewards were disabled. Strat works perfectly fine just remember to use defensive cooldowns when available, and to 'control' wave spawns. Make sure that all teammates have supers available prior to ending wave 14 - once wave 15 starts, bum rush the bomber, and pop supers one after the other.

Almost all skills can be cancelled early with the exception of pulse and the heal. Helps with things like this where you may not want a hacked turret to deal with as well.

True, one person in the pit as backup, they will draw a lot of the APC fire if they stand on the furthest stairs. The 3 others should be in the platform at the back right of the room taking out the waves. If you're on the lower section of the right corner, where there is a door really close, there's a piece of cover where you can put a pillar between you and the APC.

To add to that, it really puts your team in a pickle if somebody goes down in that room while everybody else has already jumped through the window. Once you're down on the main floor, there's no way to get back up to that room and revive the one person who decided to stay up there - leaving your team shorthanded until after the first bomb is planted. I've seen it happen several times and I even made the mistake of being "that guy" ONCE. This is true on hard mode, but on challenge mode jumping down right away is basically a death sentence unless your going to pop signatures right out of the gate..

Those lvl 34 shotgunners are no joke. Challenge mode is ridiculously After attempting it a few times, it made Hard mode seem not as brutal. Which, it really isn't if you're decently geared and have a good team.

My original post was referring to the context of where just one person decides to stay behind up in the control room while everybody else jumps out the window.

Either all or none. We all stay in the control room, or we all make a break for the floor. Also, that strategy needs to be communicated so you don't have one person jumping down and getting stranded because they have no idea that the rest of the team decided to camp out in the control room. Which is kinda hard to do because nobody speaks and understands a mutual language in the group half the time, thanks to no region-specific matchmaking If you stack First Aid with over heal, and Security Link, dropping out the window and sprinting to the pit should be manageable for the whole squad before any enemies are killed.

That to room can be a choke point. Once they start bombing up there people freak and end up blocking people from escaping or moving out of it. Full group wipe on wave 10 after one of our players had his internet connection crap out, and the 3 of us respawned in the APC room while the JTF were still alive and fighting LMB.

But there was no APC, just an invisible barrier where it should've been. After a few minutes of us running around laughing at the JTF's shitty cover strategy some of them were just standing in the open , the APC spawned and killed us all.

That scenario is what happens before you open the double doors to initiate the fight. It sounds like the lag switch of him losing internet connection and the host jumping cause a delay in the spawning of the room. I tested this and I believe it to be true, but I wanted verification if anyone has noticed. Does the APC always target the closest target to it? Not if somebody is still in the top area.

Thre turrets will shoot at you, but the APC will fire at the perswon in the top balcony if they didn't jump down with the rest of the group. One thing to add is the Self Preserved talent super effective for your assault teams and massively increases their survivability. Ill find out when i finish work, but ive personally hit k crits with the midas also.. Will get you the info in a few hours if no1 else does!

I don't see how it wouldn't be possible with the Midas. I'll post details when I'm home from work. It also makes regular CM missions a breeze. I get k crits with my AUG GS. I have sentrys build. Of course with the max pulse of my team mate. Is it possible to carry more then one bomb at a time?

Is it possible to plant all 4 bombs at once? If you can't carry more then one bomb is it possible that everyone gets one bomb and plant the bomb together? Waves don't progress until you plant a bomb, so if you get to wave4 and don't plant you eventually just get wave4 spawning again minus the bomb until you do plant.

And if you wait too long with planting the bomb, the same wave will spawn again! So kill bomb mob asap and plant asap. I know it doesn't sound like much but if the mortar is on you, you won't make it out of the blast radius in time. Stopped playing Division a few weeks ago to play some other games, and I've been on Destiny since the April update. I've yet to play the incursion, but I don't see myself returning for this. Even compared to Destiny's joke of a raid Crota's End this is just junk.

To be clear, if you don't have a season pass, u still got this FREE content. No Falcon Lost is of course no paid dlc, it would be a major insult if it was, but compared to what you normally get as free raid content in content patches of most MMOs after buying the game or an expansion, Falcon Lost is still a joke. In this case with "expansion" I meant the first extension oft the game-world - sorry no native speaker.

In my opinion and I tried it upstairs and down in the pit the Incursion is of course stressful, but still nevertheless I find it boring because its just 15 waves of more or less the same. Every single MMO-Bossfight in the last few years has more variety than this incursion. But fr me the worst of all is that the reward system is all or nothig.

Succeed and get Gear and Set or Fail even in Wave 15 and get nothing. The fact that they didn't actually include proper staging doesn't help either.

Because they made this wave based and the APC able to hit everywhere, there's no way to effectively do it aside from the overly tedious and mind-numbing way described here.

I don't think the wave mechanic in the fight is the boring part, the boring part is the mobs and their repetition!? Wait, is that a repost from your own original post or did you just flatout steal it from the other post?

I'm reposting this now since, last week, everyone was focused on glitches and complaints. Glitches seem to be fixed now so I'm hoping the strat gets more visibility to help out players. I was on an android phone earlier and could not, for the life of me, copy a URL. I could copy an entire post but not a dang URL.

This sounds boring and tedious as hell. Hope someone figures out a new glitch. This is an awful thing to do. Especially without checkpoints, how repetitive it is, how you have to start over, if someone has to leave your are screwed, etc. I don't understand why they couldn't have just made the Incursion the same as a challenging mode, except that there's 15 waves and then the APC acts like Bliss in the General Assembly map. That mission, as a whole, was a far more entertaining vehicle boss than FL is.

Except self posts don't give karma. I believe you are meant to LoS the grenade on pillars and stuff if you can, sure, but i am not sure you were supposed to be able do this in the ammo-pit! That area is a planned environment in the Incursion,, NPCs come down if they notice you in there, some can shoot at you in there. So yes it somewhat makes it easier, but I really think it is a planned strategy.

You still need to come out for the C4 and for the final Wave. If there was a wall separating the ammo pit from the rest of the area, and you had to use mobile cover, or random stuff, to get down there - then yes, that's an exploit. Summer is till September so Somewhere, maybe in DZ, should be a black market vendor where I could buy This is an archived post. You won't be able to vote or comment. However, due to the huge amount of cheesing and complaints over the past few days, I decided to repost this for more visibility.

Since the cheese seems to be fixed now, regular strats should come into play for most groups. The tank has three attacks: THE FIGHT WAVE 1 shotgunners with assault Troops: The left side has more cover. The turret switch is inside a small room and you're quite hidden behind a wall; the right side turret switch is a bit more open and enemies you've left alive can shoot at you.

Yes because it gives the remaining enemies more targets to shoot at other than your bomb carrier. In any case, dead players are automatically revived after each detonation. Challenge Mode requires slightly better stats if you can manage.

These tips come from all around the subreddit so cheer those people. Remember though that Wave 15 has infinite mobs spawning. Wave 11 3rd bomb wave , seems to also have infinite mobs that spawn, so watch out. Best tip of the thread ;. It's just a bad move all around. Get down on the main floor together, ASAP. Would speed things up a tad.
