In Denver, one successful class has been instructing potential cannabis chefs how to prepare a variety of marijuana-infused menu items — from chocolate covered bacon to Swedish meatballs. Unfortunately, with the increase in popularity of marijuana edibles comes controversy and dispute over product safety.
